James Miller, late of North-East Valley District |
aforesaid, Labourer, deceased, has made application to
the District Land Registrar to be registered as Pro-
prietor in fee-simple of that piece of land containing
by admeasurement 2 roods 3 perches, little more or
less, being part of Section numbered 102 on the map
of the said district, and described in certificate of
title, dated the 20th December 1875, entered in
Register-book, Vol. xxiii., folio 291; and that the said
John Miller will be so registered as such proprietor,
unless caveat forbidding same be lodged at this office
within one calendar month from the date of the publi-
cation of this notice.
