NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Tauranga, on the 15th of October
next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hakaraia Tipene, Manahi
Karawa, Hemi Te
Hikamate, Ereatara
Arahuna, and others
Te Puke, near Maketu Commences at Otumatawhero (Survey
Station 17), and goes on to Te Kopua
and the Kaituna River, then goes
along in the said river to the Waiari
River, by the Waiari River to Te
Puke and the Oturuturu River, and
by the Oturuturu River to the Manga-
toi River and Waitakahi, then turns
inland to Otanewainuku (Survey
Station 15), and goes on northward
to a Government boundary (of) Otara
(Survey Station No. 1), and by that
boundary line to Waitakei (Survey
Station No. 16), and by the sea-beach
to the starting point
The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed
may be seen at the Survey Office, Tauranga.
Te Awanui Kiritapu, Pita Te Wairoa, Tupaoa Pehitahi, Te Amo Hohaia, Te Kaea Tamati Purakautahi, near Te Papa, Tauranga Commences on the East at the mouth
of the Mangakaiwhiria River, and
goes on to Otamarereata, then turns
towards the North to Moteko and
Ngaumuahine; bounded on the West
by the Ngaumuahine River and Ko-
pu; on the South by the Kopu River,
thence by that river to the commence-
ment
