I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Hochstetter Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”
- The name of the Company is to be the Hochstetter Gold-Mining Company (Limited).
- The place of operations is at German Gully.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated at Hatter’s Terrace, Nelson Creek.
- The nominal capital of the Company is three thousand six hundred pounds, in three thousand six hundred shares of one pound each.
- The number of shares subscribed for is three thousand six hundred.
- The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is two thousand pounds.
- The name of the Manager is Michael Roche.
