SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, September 3rd, 1878.
NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Wellington, in the District of
Wellington, on the 15th day of October next, will be heard
the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column, for the subdivision of the
hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second
column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which were published in the former notices, will be investigated at Wellington, on the 15th of October
next, and following days.
