LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case on or before the twenty-sixth day of
February next.

GEORGE WILLIAM BINNEY. - Southern
portion of Allotment 17, of the Parish of Ararimu,
in the County of Eden, containing 79 acres 2 roods.
Unoccupied. 1119.

JAMES MACKY and JAMES SIMMS.-Allot-
ments 43, 44, 45, and part of 42, of Section 29,
of the City of Auckland. In the occupation of
Martha Duff. 1181.

FRANCIS DYER RICH, ALFRED CHET-
HAM STRODE, and WILLIAM LOUIS CAMP-
BELL WILLIAMS. -Block of land situate at or
near Perea, in the District of Waikato, being part of
