The grant under the Act of three pounds fifteen
shillings per annum for every child in average daily
attendance at the public schools shall be made to the
Boards by monthly payments. -
The moneys appropriated by the General As-
sembly, at the rate of ten shillings per annum for
each child in average daily attendance, for distribu-

whole of such moneys shall be distributed by the
Boards amongst the School Committees according to
a predetermined scale based upon the average daily
attendance at the public schools under the charge of
the several Committees, and shall form a portion of
the School Fund to be disbursed by the Committees
in terms of the Act. -
The moneys appropriated by the General As-
sembly, at the rate of one shilling for each child in
average daily attendance, and being the funds made
specially applicable to the support of scholarships

Act, shall be paid to the Boards once in every three
months, or at such other times as the Minister may
determine, according to the amount, not exceeding
one shilling for each child in average daily attendance
