All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay, situate in the Moeangiangi Survey
District, containing two thousand (2,000) acres, more
or less. Bounded towards the South-east by the
Educational Reserve as proclaimed in the New Zea-
land Gazette of 29th November, 1877, page 1136;
towards the North-east by a line in continuation of
the north-eastern boundary of that reserve to the
southern boundary of the Mohaka Survey District;
towards the North by that boundary to a point bear-
ing 38° 30' true from Trigonometrical Station No. IX.;
towards the North-west by a straight line, thence to
the said Trigonometrical Station, and thence by a
straight line to the Waikare River; and towards the
South-west by the Waikare River.
