hundred and twenty-four (324) acres one (1) rood
and four (4) perches, more or less, being Rural
Sections numbered respectively sixty-five (65), sixty-
six (66), and seventy six (76), of the Ormond Military
Settlement Block.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing by admeasurement one hun-
dred and sixty (160) acres, more or less, situated in
the Parish of Kaiaka, in the Takahui Survey District,
and being Allotments numbered sixty (60), sixty-one
(61), and sixty-three (63). Bounded towards the
North by a line the crossing of a road, one hundred
(100) links wide, and Allotments 59 and 58; towards
the South-east and South by a road line, and Allot-
ments 62 and 64, and the crossing of a road of
width aforesaid; and towards the West by a line,
Allotments 60 and 63, being intersected by a road

and twenty-one (221), on the map of the Town of
Inglewood, Egmont Survey District. Bounded
towards the North by Sections numbered 200 and
201, on the map of the aforesaid town, 450 links;
towards the East by James Street, 463.6 links;
