A sitting of the Native Lands Court of New Zealand, held at Helensville, Kaipara, begun on the 13th
day of August, 1878, and concluded on the 14th day of August, 1878, before John Rogan, Esquire,
Judge, and Rihia Te Kauae, Assessor:
In the matter of the claim for the investigation of the title to the parcel of land named in the first
column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered that a memorial of the ownership of the person whose name
appears in the third column of the said Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, this 14th day
of August, 1878.
