aforesaid, Farmer, deceased, to be registered as Pro-
prietor in fee-simple, free from incumbrances, of
and in Allotments 221, 222, 224, 225, 226, and 227,
of Section 16 of the Suburbs of Auckland, being
the land included in Certificate of Title, Vol. i., folio
18: Notice is hereby given that the Applicant will
be registered accordingly, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same on or before the 7th day of

declaration of the loss of Grant from the Crown of

of Auckland, Vol. x., folio 206 of the Register
Book, and having applied to have a Provisional Cer-
tificate for the above land issued to him: Notice is
hereby given that I shall comply with above applica-
tion, unless caveat be lodged with me on or before

FOURTH SCHEDULE.

Otago Gold Fields, Lawrence,
10th August, 1878.
To the Mining Registrar at Lawrence.

WE hereby give notice that we intend to con-
struct a Head Water-race for mining purposes,
commencing at a point in the Wetherstone Creek,
near the Chinaman's Claim, Wetherstone, and
northerly of the junction of the Wetherstone and
Waipori Roads; and from thence running in a south-
westerly direction, and terminating at our claim on
Wetherstone Flat.
The length of such race is three-quarters of a mile
or thereabouts, and its intended course is south-
westerly.
The mean depth and breadth of such race is from
2 feet to 3 feet, and it is capable of carrying two
sluice heads of water.

The time estimated for the completion of such race
is three weeks.

FOURTH SCHEDULE.

To the Mining Registrar at Clyde of the Dunstan
Mining District, and all other persons whom it
may concern.

TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert half a Government head
of water, to be used for domestic, industrial, and irri-
gration purposes, commencing at a point known as
the Spring Clyde and Cromwell Road, and termina-
ting in my garden opposite Section 107, Block II.,
Leaning Rock District.
The length of such race is 400 yards, and its in-
tended course is north and south, with a depth of
12 inches and breadth 12 inches.

Any person objecting to the granting of this appli-
cation must lodge his objection in writing at the
Warden's Office, Clyde, on or before the 3rd day of
October, 1878, when this application will be heard.

NOTICE.

Waikohu Road Board Office,
Ormond, 29th August, 1878.

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of road
known as "Waikohu and Patutahi," from Mr.
Scott's Crossing to Lavenham, has been duly surveyed,
and sanctioned by His Excellency the Governor, and
that the plans and specifications of the same will be
open to public inspection at the office of O. L. W.
Bousfield, Esq., Engineer to the Board, Gisborne, on
and after Monday, the 2nd September next.
All persons, occupiers or owners of land through
which the said road passes, having any objections to
make to the said line of road, are hereby required to
make such objections, addressed to the undersigned,
within forty days of the date of this notice.
