N OTICE is hereby given that JOHN
MCANDREW, of Otago Peninsula District,
Otago, New Zealand, Settler, Brother of ALEXANDER
MCANDREW, late of Otago Peninsula District, Settler,
deceased, intestate, claiming as Heir-at-law of the
said Alexander McAndrew, has made application to
the District Land Registrar of the District of Otago
to be registered as Proprietor of an estate in fee-
simple in Section 20, Block VI., District of Otago
Peninsula aforesaid; and that the said John
McAndrew will be so registered as such proprietor
unless caveat be lodged at this office forbidding the
same within one calendar month from date of publi-
cation of this notice.
