LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that GEORGE
CUMMING, of Jacob's River Hundred, Settler, claiming as
Devisee under the Will of JOHN CUMMING,
late of Jacob's River Hundred aforesaid, Settler,
deceased, has made an application to the District
Land Registrar to be registered as Proprietor of a
half-share of deceased's interest in Section thirty-
six (36), Block nine (IX.), Jacob's River Hundred;
Section twenty (20), Block nine (IX.), Waikaka
District; and Sections seven (7) and nine (IX.), Block
one (I.), Chatton District; and that the said George
Cumming will be so registered as such proprietor
unless caveat be lodged at this office forbidding the
same within one month from the date of the gazet-
ting of this notice. No. 1125B.
Dated this 5th day of July, 1878, at the Lands
Registry Office, Invercargill.

has made application to the District Land Registrar
of the District of Southland to be registered as Pro-

Section thirty-six (36), Block nine (IX.), Jacob's
River Hundred; Section twenty (20), Block nine
(IX.), Waikaka District; and Sections seven (7) and
nine (9), Block one (I.), Chatton District; and that
