IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDEN
AT AUCKLAND.

In the matter of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872," and of the Winding up of the Red
Queen Gold-Mining Company (Registered).

N OTICE is hereby given that I have, with the
approval of the Court, prepared a Schedule
showing the realized amount of the assets of the
above-mentioned Company, including the liabilities
of the Company, the amount of moneys available for
the claims in the matter of the winding up, and the
proposed plan of distribution thereof; and that the
said Schedule is open in my office, Wyndham Street,
Auckland, for inspection by the creditors of the said
Company, and that the claims mentioned in the said
Schedule will, after the expiration of twenty-one days
from the publication of this notice in the New Zea-
land Gazette, be paid at my said office.

Dated this twenty-ninth day of May, 1878.

FOURTH SCHEDULE.

To the Mining Registrar at Queenstown of the
Queenstown Mining District, and to all other
persons whom it may concern.

Queenstown, 27th May, 1878.

T AKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert water for mining pur-
purposes, commencing at a point on the south side
of Skipper's Creek, Upper Shotover, about 200 feet
below Messrs. Southberg's dam, at Skipper's Creek,
and terminating at my crushing machine or battery.

The length of such race is 150 yards or there-
abouts, and its intended course is north and south.

The mean depth and breadth of such race is 3 feet
by 1 foot, and it is proposed to divert ten Govern-
ment heads of water.

The time estimated for the construction and com-
pletion of such race is seven days; the race being
already partly constructed.

Date : 5th September, 1877.

Any person objecting to the granting of this ap-
plication must lodge his objections in writing at the
Warden's office, at Queenstown, within thirty clear
