NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 22nd May, 1878.
WHEREAS by an Order of Council made on 1st day of April, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Pairama Ngutahi and others to a piece of land called Pouto No. 2 (or Ripiro),
in the District of Kaipara, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the
6th day of July, 1877, at Kaihu, in the said district, should be reheard by the said Court, and that such
rehearing shall take place before the 6th day of July next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Helensville, in the
district aforesaid, on the 2nd day of July, 1878, for the rehearing of the above-mentioned claim.
