NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, May 17th, 1878.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 14th day of December, 1877, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Paora Matenga Te Pahupahu and others to a piece of land called Kaingaroa
No. 2, situate at Taupo, in the District of the Bay of Plenty, heard and determined by the Native Land
Court of New Zealand, on the 20th day of August, 1877, at Tapuacharuru, Taupo, in the district aforesaid,
should be reheard by the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 20th day of August
next.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Galatea, Te Whaiti,
on the 19th day of June next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Galatea, Te Whaiti, on the 19th of
June next, and following days.
