MEMORANDUM.
We the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Gladstone Gold-Mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

The name of the Company is to be the Gladstone Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

The place of operations is at Sawyer’s Gully, near Macetown, Lake County, New Zealand.

The registered office of the Company will be situated in Ballarat Street, Queenstown.

The nominal capital of the Company is thirty-six thousand pounds, in twelve thousand shares of three pounds each.

The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the Company.

The amount already paid up has been estimated by the Company to be twenty-four thousand pounds.
