NOTICE.—His Honor the Chief Justice has
appointed FREDERICK ARNOLD BAKER, of No.
3, Crosby Square, in the City of London, a Solicitor
in the Supreme Court of Judicature in England, to
be a Commissioner under "The Commissioners of
the Supreme Court Act, 1875," for the purpose of
taking any affidavit, oath, or affirmation, and for the
purpose of taking acknowledgments of married
women.

of Italy, claims as Heir-at-law of his brother, LOUIS
ALBERTO BERNARDO PENSINI, late of the Lyell, in
the Provincial District of Nelson, Farmer, deceased,
to be registered as Proprietor of 8 acres 1 rood 26
perches of land, being part of Section "6" of Square
"139;" and also of 113 acres 7 perches, being Sec-
tion "7" of said Square "139;" and that he will be
so registered unless caveat forbidding the same be
lodged within one calendar month from the date of
