NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between the undersigned,
GEORGE WALKER and EDWARD BURT BENDALL, as
Storekeepers, Licensed Victuallers, and Whalers, at
Mahia, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
under the firm of "Walker and Bendall," has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent. The busi-
ness of the late firm will be carried on by the said
Edward Burt Bendall, alone, to whom must be paid
all amounts due to the late firm, and by whom all
liabilities of the said firm will be discharged.

riages of the District of Nelson, Province of
Nelson, New Zealand.

I, EDWARD GEORGE KEIGHLY MARKS,
Doctor of Medicine and Master in Surgery of
the Queen's University, Ireland, Licentiate in Surgery
of the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland, and Licen-
tiate in Midwifery of the King and Queen's College of
Physicians, Dublin, do hereby give notice that, on the
10th day of June, 1878, I intend to apply to the
Registrar of the District of Nelson to have my name
placed upon the list of legally qualified Medical
Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I
have deposited my degrees and diplomas, with a
certified copy of the same, with the said Registrar in
Nelson, for public inspection, in terms of "The Medi-
cal Practitioners Act, 1869."

Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

    Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Grahamstown, Thames
    Gold Fields, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the
    Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Shortland Street, in the City of Auckland and Colony of New
    Zealand.

  4. The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand
    pounds sterling, in ten thousand shares of one pound sterling
    each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is ten thousand, being
    the entire number of shares in the Company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil..

  7. The amount already paid up is nil.

  8. The name of the Manager is Francis Angus White.
