SIR, - In compliance with your Circular No. 12, of 1st May, 1876, I have the honor to report that
since the date of my last report I have not received any information of the supposed existence of disease
amongst cattle within the boundaries of the Nelson South District. I have also the honor to forward a nil
return of inspection for the six months ended March 30th, 1878.
