LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE OF FINAL MEETING OF COMPANY.
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
North Canterbury Independent and Farmers' Chroni-
cle Company (Limited), will be held at the Pier
Hotel, in the Town of Kaiapoi, on Friday, the twenty-
sixth day of April, one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-eight, at the hour of eight o'clock
in the evening, for the purpose of considering an
account to be laid before them by the Liquidators,
showing the manner in which the winding up of the
affairs of the Company has been conducted, and the
property of the Company disposed of.

General Meeting of the Tookey Tribute
Company (Limited) will be held at Mr. Tothill's
Office, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Friday, the
29th day of March instant, at 2 o'clock p.m., for
the purpose of passing, if approved, the following
resolution: "That the Tookey Tribute Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily;" and of ap-
pointing a Liquidator or Liquidators. And also that
an Extraordinary General Meeting of the same
Company will be held at the same hour and place,
on Monday, the 29th April next, for the purpose of
confirming the above resolution.

Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and
that I have this day deposited with the Registrar at
Auckland the evidence, in terms of "The Medical
Practitioners Act, 1869."

County of Coromandel, in New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
39, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand
pounds, in ten thousand shares of ten shillings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is ten thousand, being
not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Peter McTavish.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
