LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case on or before the twenty-third day of
April next.

JOHN DICKENSON JACKSON, and JOHN
GEORGE HUTCHISON.---Allotments 53 and 54
near the Town of Onehunga, containing 8 acres 3 roods
15 perches. In occupation of James Donaghay. 1203.

JOHN LAMB.-Northern portion of Allotment
88, and southern portion of Allotment 89, in the
Parish of Waipareira, in the County of Eden, con-
taining 80 acres. In Applicant's occupation. 1214.

JOHN HENDERSON and HENRY HENDER-
SON.-Part of Allotment 1, in the Parish of
Wairoa, in the County of Eden, containing 394
acres, more or less. In Applicant's occupation.
