NOTICE.

Native Lands Court,
Auckland, February 1st, 1878.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 29th day of September, 1877, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claims of Hoani Meihana and others, and of Tapa Te Whata and others, to certain
pieces of land called respectively Middle Aorangi, Lower Aorangi No. 1, Upper Aorangi, Upper Aorangi
No. 1, situate near Oroua, Manawatu, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand,
on or about the 22nd day of March, 1873, at Foxton, in the said district, should be reheard before the said
Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 22nd day of March, 1878.

Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Foxton, Manawatu,
on the 20th day of March, 1878, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claims.
