of "The Land-Tax Act, 1878," the Land-Tax on properties, as

that the same must be paid to the Collectors appointed to
receive the same at the following places, at the time set oppo-

THREE MONTHS OR UPWARDS.

Whereas under the provisions of "The Land-Tax Act, 1878,"

of three months from the date when notice was given that the

Act, after three months from the date of this notice, unless the
said Land-Tax, together with interest thereon at the rate of
fifteen per cent. per annum from the time when the same
became due to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses
incurred in recovering the same, up to the date of payment, are
