NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 15th November, 1878.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 2nd day of July, 1878, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1874," that the claim of Aperahama Tahunuiarangi and others to a piece of land called Pikopiko No. 3,
situate at Pikopiko, in the District of Whanganui, heard and determined by the Native Land Court
of New Zealand, on the 25th day of April, 1878, at Whanganui, should be reheard before the said Court, and
that such rehearing should take place before the 2nd day of May, 1879.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whanganui, on the
3rd day of January next, for the rehearing of the above-mentioned claim.
