NOTICE.

THE appointment of George Samuel Wemyss
Dalrymple, of Masterton, notified in Gazette
No. 69, dated August 8, 1877, as a Certificated
Accountant in Bankruptcy, under "The Debtors
and Creditors Act, 1876," has been, this 23rd day of
January, 1878, revoked, by His Honor the Chief
Justice.

assented to by His Excellency the Governor, forms
of application, and all information relative thereto,
may be obtained on application to the Registrar at
Wellington.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES BROWN
FISHER, of Melbourne, Victoria, Esquire,
and ELIZABETH JONES, of Melbourne, Widow,
claiming as Devisees in fee-simple under the Will of
FREDERICK JONES, late of Green Island Bush, Otago,
New Zealand, Gentleman, deceased, have made appli-
cation to the District Land Registrar of the District
of Otago to be registered as Proprietors of an estate
in fee-simple in Allotment No. 19, Block A, Town-
ship of Kingston; and that the said Charles Brown
Fisher and Elizabeth Jones will be so registered as
such proprietors, unless caveat be lodged at this
office forbidding the same within one calendar month
from the date of publication of this notice.

Dated this 2nd day of February, 1878, at the
Lands Registry Office at Dunedin.
