NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for investigating Claims.

N OTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Whangaroa, on the 25th day of
November next, and following days.

kiwi; then turns towards the East,

Kawatupu, Mangamutu, and Te Tiki-
kiore; then turns towards the North-
west, and goes to Wharuarua, then
turns towards the boundary of Wai-
hapa, and from thence to Te Papatoa | |

and Rihari Te Kuri | Te Pato, near Whanga-
roa | Commences on the boundary of the
Government land at Parea, and goes
along on that boundary to Okohua,
then turns towards the West and
goes along on the boundary of Mr.
Haye's land, and from thence it goes
on till it falls into the Pato River | |

Whangaroa | Commences at the peg at Pukewairoa,
and goes along on the boundary of
Mr. Kemp's land to Puketotara,
then along on the bounkary of
Omaunu to the boundary of Te Pu-
puke, and along on that boundary to
the boundary of Waikukupa, then
turns and goes to the commencement |

N.B.—It is hereby notified that the titles to none of the afore-mentioned lands can be adjudicated
upon by the Court unless surveys of such lands have been made, and approved maps thereof deposited in
the Court, as provided by clause 33, "Native Land Act, 1873."
