NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Mangonui, on the 15th of November
next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hapakuku Ruia, Te Ta-hana Whitirua, and Ritete Puiti Nopara Puru Wahakarera, near Ma-ngonui The boundaries are shown on the map The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Mangonui.
Taipa, near Mangonui... On the banks of the Taipa River, near land belonging to Mr. Campbell
Karena Taumataiti, Wi-remu Tararu, Paraone Tuwhare, Timoti Po-pata, and Hakaraia Awarau Whakariki, near Awa-nui, Mangonui Commences at Kaiwaka on the South, and goes on to Te Kenga, Rangitoto and Te Papawheki on the West turns and goes to Rangatetaua, on the North-west; goes thence to Papauma, and from thence to the Awanui River, on the South-east; turns here and goes to Puteakura, and thence to Kaiwaka
Paora Wahie, Poharama Karanui, Hamiora Tai-hua, Haimona Waha-pu, Taniora Te Wete-ne, Patana Karaparapa, and Herepeti Kingi Toututu, near Ahipara Bounded on the South by Paripari No. 2; on the West by the sea; and on the North and East by Native land called Paripari No. 4
Paratene, Te Whitu, Hupata Kaka, Ta-wharu Neho, Rata Pungarehu, Paki Ka-raka, Pataropa, Kuku-pa, Hetaraka Komene, and Wiremu Keepa Oturu, near Mangonui Commenees at Te Tikiataiki, and goes on to Ongaru, turns and goes to Orongorongo, Opoka, and Tarapunga, turns here and goes to Te Tikiataiki
