SARAH ANNE RHODES, WILLIAM
WARING TAYLOR, THOMAS MASON,
and JOHN STUDHOLME, claiming as Devisees
under the Will of the late WILLIAM BARNARD
RHODES, deceased, having applied to be registered
Proprietors of Sections 672, 673, 683, 685, 690, 691,
693, 703, 705, 707, to 713, 726, 728, 830, 832, 834,
840, 848, and 852, Township of Palmerston, Mana-
watu District, notice is hereby given that they will
be registered as above, unless caveat forbidding the
same be lodged on or before the 7th day of Decem-
ber next.

NOTICE is hereby given that JULIA MEARS, of
Lawrence, Otago, Widow of WILLIAM JOHN
MILSOM MEARS, late of Lawrence, Carpenter, deceased,
intestate, claiming as Executrix of the said William
John Milsom Mears, has made application to the
District Land Registrar of the District of Otago to
be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of Sections
3 and 50, Block XLII., Town of Lawrence; and that
the said Julia Mears will be so registered as such
proprietor, unless caveat be lodged at this office for-
bidding the same within one calendar month from
date of publication of this notice.
