THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Rents of Pasturage Runs, Land District of
Canterbury.

PURSUANT to the provisions of "The Land Act,
1877," the Land Board of the Land District of
Canterbury give notice that, subject to the correc-
tion for diminished area as herein provided, the rent
of each of the under-mentioned pasturage runs within
the said land district, will be the amount set forth in
the Schedule hereto.
The assessment of each run is based on the area
thereof as it stood on the 1st January, 1878, and the
rent to be paid on the 1st day of May, 1880, is the sum
named in the fourth column of the Schedule hereto,
less the deduction per acre named in the fifth column
in respect of such portions thereof as may be sold or
reserved between the 1st January, 1878, and the 1st
May, 1880.
