THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
business hitherto carried on by us, the under-
signed, as Newspaper Proprietors, Printers, and
Publishers, at Greytown, in the Wairarapa West
County, under the firm of "Wakelin and Payton,"
has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and
that all liabilities of the said firm will be discharged
by, and all moneys due to the said firm must be paid
to, the said Richard Wakelin, whose receipt alone
will be a sufficient discharge for the same, and who
will in future carry on the said business.
Dated at Greytown, this first day of October, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by WILLIAM JONGHIN and EDWARD BRENDON
GICHARD, at Feilding, in the Provincial District of
Wellington, in the trade or business of Butchers, was
this day dissolved by mutual consent. And notice is
further given that the said business will be continued
from the date hereof by Edward Brendon Gichard
alone, by whom all credits due to the late firm will
be received and debts paid.
As witness our hands this 24th day of September,
1878.
