LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
KATHERINE GUNDRY, of Opotiki, but for-
merly of Patea, near Taranaki, in the Colony
of New Zealand, Widow, Devisee under the Will of
WILLIAM JOHN GUNDRY, late of Patea, aforesaid,
Surveyor, has applied to be registered as proprietor
of an estate in fee-simple in that parcel of land
situate in the Parish of Waitemata, in the County of
Eden, and being Lots 12 and 13, of Section 4, of sub-
division into lots and sections of Allotment 1.1, of
Section 7, of the Suburbs of Auckland; being the
whole of the land included in Volume 13, folio 222,
of the Register Book. And also in that parcel of
land in the said parish and county, and being Lot 2,
of the subdivision into lots of Allotments 18 and 19,
of Section 15, of the City of Auckland, and being the
whole of the land included in Volume 13, folio 225,
of the Register Book.
The Applicant will be registered as aforesaid un-
less caveat forbidding the same be lodged in this
office on or before the 8th day of January next.
