Reservation of Land in the Provincial District of
Canterbury.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested in this behalf by the Canterbury Land
Regulations, and "The Waste Lands Administration
Act, 1876," I hereby reserve the land in the Provin-
cial District of Canterbury, the boundaries whereof
are described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and
for the purposes in the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres,
more or less, being Section numbered two thousand
one hundred and eighty-eight (2188) (in red).
Bounded towards the North-west by the Pig Saddle
Road for a distance of about twenty-three (23)
chains; towards the North-east by Crown lands for
a distance of about two (2) chains fifty (50) links;
towards the South-east by Section twenty-one thou-
sand two hundred and forty-seven (21247) for a dis-
tance of about twenty-two (22) chains; and towards
the South-west by Section twenty-three thousand four
hundred and seven (23407) for a distance of about
eighty (80) links; as the same is delineated on the
plans deposited in the Provincial District Survey
Office, Christchurch. For a gravel pit.

All that area in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres,
more or less, being Section numbered two thousand
one hundred and eighty-nine (2189) (in red).
Bounded towards the East by the Pig Saddle Road,
for a distance of about five (5) chains; towards the
North by Crown lands for a distance of about ten
(10) chains; towards the West by Crown lands for a
distance of about five (5) chains; and towards the
South by Crown lands for a distance of about ten
(10) chains; as the same is delineated on the plans
deposited in the Provincial District Survey Office,
Christchurch. For a gravel pit.

All that area in the Provincial District of Canter-
bury, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres,
more or less, being Section numbered two thousand

one hundred and ninety (2190) (in red). Bounded
towards the East by the Pig Saddle Road for a dis-
tance of about five (5) chains; towards the North by
Crown lands for a distance of about ten (10) chains;
towards the West by Crown lands for a distance of
about five (5) chains; and towards the South by
Crown lands for a distance of about ten (10) chains;
as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in
the Provincial District Survey Office, Christchurch.

tration Act, 1876," I hereby reserve the lands in the
Provincial District of Otago, the boundaries whereof
are described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and
for the purposes in the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement ten (10) acres
two (2) roods and thirty-one (31) poles, more or less,
situate in the Table Hill District, being Section
numbered 29A, Block IV., on the map of the said
district. Bounded towards the North by Section
numbered 76, seven hundred and sixty-four and six-
tenths (764.6) links; towards the East by said Sec-
tion numbered 76, one thousand four hundred and
fifty-three and three-tenths (1453.3) links; towards
the South by a road line seven hundred and seventy-
four and one-tenth (774.1) links; and towards the
West by Section numbered 29, one thousand three
hundred and thirty-nine and five-tenths (1339.5)
links. As a school site and endowment therefor.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement sixteen (16)
acres one (1) rood and twenty-nine (29) poles, more
