NOTICE.
THE Partnership heretofore carried on between
the undersigned in the business, between them,
as Blacksmiths and Farriers, at Havelock and the
Town of Lawrence, under the name of "D. and J.
McTaggart," is dissolved of this date by mutual con-
sent of the parties. Duncan McTaggart will here-
after carry on business at Havelock in his own
name and for his own account.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto existing between us, John Lamb
Soutter and James Gray, as General Merchants and
Storekeepers at Milton, Otago, in the Colony of New
Zealand, under the name and firm of "Soutter and
Gray," was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The business henceforth will be continued and carried
on by James Gray on his own account, who will receive
and pay all debts and liabilities now due to and by
the said partnership firm.

of the Shareholders of the Queenstown
Athenæum and Town Hall Company (Limited) in
Liquidation will be held at F. W. F. Geisow's Offices,
Ballarat Street, Queenstown, on Saturday, the 24th
February next, at 4 p.m., to pass a Resolution con-
firming the following Resolutions passed at a General
Meeting of the Shareholders of the aforesaid Com-
pany held this day, at the Liquidator's Offices, viz.,
- That all shares not fully paid up be forfeited.
- That Mr. Albert Eichardt be allowed £10
from his amount due for rent.
