NOTICE.

Native Land Court,
Auckland, August 24th, 1877.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made the 11th day of May, 1877, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Riperata Kahutia and others to a piece of land called Te Awapuni, situate at
Poverty Bay, in the District of Hawke's Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New
Zealand, on the 18th day of June, 1875, at Gisborne, in the said district, should be reheard before the said
Court, and that such rehearing should take place before the 18th day of December, 1877.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of this Court will be held at Gisborne, Poverty Bay, on the
28th day of September next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.

Tirani i Turanganui, i te 18 o nga ra o Hune, 1875, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti, a
me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua mai o te 18 o nga ra o Tihema, 1877.
Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka tu te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Turanganui, a te 28 o nga
ra o Hepetema, 1877, hei whakawa hou ano i tenei piihi whenua.
