Kooti, a me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua mai o te 18 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1877.
Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka tu te Kooti Whenua Maori, ki Whangarei, a te 14 o nga
ra o Hepetema, 1877, hei whakawa hou ano i taua piihi whenua.

NOTICE.
Native Land Court, Auckland, August 4th, 1877.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 16th day of January, 1877, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Te Tirarau and another to a piece of land called Pakikaikutu, situate near
Whangarei, in the District of Kaipara, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand,
on the 15th day of September, 1876, at Whangarei, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such
rehearing should take place before the 15th day of September, 1877.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whangarei, on the
14th day of September next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
