NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought 30
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case on or before the 26th day of February,
1877.

  1. ISAAC DELLOW. - 120 acres, being N
    Rural Sections 4662, 4843, and part Rural Section
    4836, Christchurch District. Occupied by Appli-
    cant.

  2. ALFRED OSWIN GARTSIDE STONE.
    -1 rood, being Lot 171, Rhodestown, part Rural
    Section 7555, Timaru District. Occupied by the
    Trustees of the Presbyterian Church, Timaru.

  3. CHARLES MENZIES.-4 acres and 23³
    perches, being Lot 4 on deposited plan No. 109, part

forbidding the same within one calendar month after
the date of publication of this notice.

CHARLES FULTON.-75 acres, being part of
Section No. 52 on the plan of the District of Omaha.
Bounded on the North, 2800 links, by other part of
said section; on the East, 2750 links, by Section No.
51 on the said plan; on the South, 2800 links, by a
public road; and on the West, 2750 links, by Section
No. 53 on the said plan.

HENRY VINCENT PHILLIPS.-150 acres,
being Rural Section No. 60 in the District of Wake-
field Downs.

Dated this fifteenth day of January, 1877, at the
Lands Registry Office, Blenheim.
