IN pursuance of the power and authority in me
vested in this behalf by "The Taranaki Waste
Lands Act, 1874," and "The Waste Lands Adminis-
tration Act, 1876," I hereby reserve the land in the
Provincial District of Taranaki, described in the
Schedule hereunto annexed, and for the purposes in
the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Township of Ingle-
wood, comprising Town Sections numbered 1, 11, 21,
24, 31, 34, 41, 42, 44, 51, 52, 63, 75, 87, 325, 339, 350, to be
and 361.—As endowments for the Town of Ingle-
wood, for town improvements.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this eighth day of August, one
thousand eighthundred and seventy-seven.

Extending certain Part of "The Municipal Corpora-
tions Act, 1876," to the Corporation Dunedin.

NORMANBY, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three hundred and fifty-ninth
section of "The Municipal Corporations Act,
1876," it is enacted that the Governor may, on the
petition of any of the Councils of any of the Corpora-
tions mentioned in the Third Schedule to the said
Act, extend any Part or Parts of the said Act to the
Corporation the Council of which shall petition, and
thereupon the Part or Parts of the said Act so ex-
tended shall have the force of law within such Cor-
poration: And whereas the Council of the Corpora-
tion of Dunedin (being a Corporation mentioned or
referred to in the Third Schedule to the said Act) has
petitioned His Excellency the Governor to extend
Part XI. of the said Act to the said Corporation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, in
exercise and pursuance of the power and authority
conferred upon him by the said Act, doth hereby
extend Part XI. of the said Act to the said Cor-
poration.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this second day of August,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
seven.

Appointing Place for holding Licensing Courts.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and au-
thorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint that sittings of the Licensing Court for the
Licensing District of Hauraki shall, until otherwise
ordered, be held at the Resident Magistrate's Court-
house at Thames.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this eighth day of August, one
thousand eighthundred and seventy-seven.

said Act, and any regulations made or to be made
thereunder, for the District of Charleston.
