Auckland, July 21st, 1877.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 12th day of December, 1876, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Mangu and others, to a piece of land called Mangaotuku, situate at Patea, in
the District of Taranaki, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 8th day
of November, 1875, at Patea, in the district aforesaid, should be reheard before the said Court, and that
such rehearing shall take place before the 8th day of November next.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Carlyle, Patea, in
the district aforesaid, on the 14th day of September next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
