NATIVE LAND COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Carlyle, Patea, on the 14th of
September next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Topia Turoa, Heperi Pi-
kirangi, Hataraka Te
Whetu, and Te Hau
Mokai Paimarire
Rangipo, near Patea Commences at Otamateahi, and goes on
to the mouths of the Watapu, the
Tunaaruahakua, and Kaitapa Streams;
thence along in the Hautapu River
to Hihitahi, Te Nihoohine, Te Iwera,
and again along in the Hautapu River
to Puponga, Waitohinga, Mourea, Te
Paotaiwha, Te Rereuapiko, Paheke-
heke, and the mouth of the Manga-
rautawhiri Stream, and along in it to
its source; thence to Pukerimu, where
it turns, and goes on to the sources
of the Namunui and Makara Streams,
and along in the latter to its junction
with the Hautapu River; thence
along in it to the mouth of the Ma-
ngamate Stream; thence along again
in the Hautapu River to the mouth
of the Raukura Stream, and along in
it to its source; thence to a survey
line, and along on it to its end at the
Makokomiko River, and along in it to
Moa, Whanganui, and Te Rei, and
thence to the commencement. Now
under survey
The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed
may be seen at the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auck-
land.
