PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in

Notice of Sale of Hospital Reserve (623 in red), Hokitika.

IT is hereby notified that, in accordance with a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 69, of the 14th day of December, 1876, and also in accordance with the provisions of section forty-
three of "The Westland Waste Lands Act, 1870," the suburban land described in the Schedule hereunto
annexed will be open for sale on Wednesday, the 3rd day of October, 1877, at the Land Office of the
Provincial District of Westland, at Hokitika, and will be offered at auction at the hour of 2 o'clock p.m.,
at the upset price of £2 per acre, with improvements added of the value of £1,205.

Public Cemetery.

NOTICE is hereby given that the section of land
more particularly described in the Schedule
attached, being part of Section No. 46, Mauriceville,
in the Forty-Mile Bush, is set apart as a site for a
Public Cemetery.

SCHEDULE.
Description of the Boundaries of the Cemetery Re-
serve in Section No. 46, Mauriceville, Provincial
District of Wellington.

THE boundary commences at a point in the south-
eastern boundary of Section No. 46 in the Township
of Mauriceville, and distant 1200 links from a public
road; and is bounded towards the North-east by other
portion of Section No. 46 aforesaid (being a reserve);
1000 links towards the South-east by Section No. 47;
1000 links towards the South-west; and North-west
by other portions of Section No. 46 aforesaid, 1000
links respectively; be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less.

By order of the Waste Land Board of the Provin-
cial District of Wellington.
