NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership sub-
sisting between us the undersigned, ROBERT
CAMPBELL and ALEXANDER MACINTOSH CLARK, as
Sheep and Cattle Farmers, at Mount Linton Station,
in the Provincial District of Otago, under the style of
"Campbell and Clark," has been dissolved by mutual
consent, as from the thirtieth day of June last past.
The business will in future be carried on by Mr.
Robert Campbell, who will pay all debts owing by,
and is authorized to receive all debts and moneys
owing to, the late firm.
As witness our hands this 17th day of July, 1877.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
as Coachmakers, and carried on under the style of
"William Black and Company," has been this day
dissolved by mutual consent. All claims against the
late firm will be received and paid by Mr. BLACK, and
all persons indebted to the late firm are requested to
pay the amount of their debts to him.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Alma Gold Mining Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company, under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Alma Gold Mining
    Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Tairua, in the Provincial
    District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Albert and Davy Streets, Grahamstown, in the Provincial Dis-
    trict of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
    eight hundred pounds sterling, in twelve thousand eight hun-
    dred shares of one pound sterling each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand
    eight hundred, being the entire number of shares in the
    Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is six thousand four hundred
    pounds sterling, same being estimated value of the mine and
    plant.
  8. The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
    are as follow:—
