NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 5th of
July next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Te Tirarau Kukupa Turipukunui, near Ma-
ngakahia		 Hikurangi River. The boundaries are
shown on the map		 The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed may be seen at the Survey Office, Auckland.
Peni Taka Omanene, near Purua... Bounded on one side by the Hikurangi
River, then goes inland to Omanene,
and along on the range till it falls
into the Hikurangi River

Te Tirarau Kukupa Ngaturipukunui Bounded on one side by Kauaeranga to
the junction of the Moengawahine
and Hikurangi Rivers, then goes
along in the Hikurangi River to Te
Ahitunuwhai; turns there, and goes
inland to Papakuri; and thence to the
commencement. It has been surveyed |
Te Tirarau Kukupa Kauaeranga, near Te
Wairoa		 Bounded on one side by Ngaturipu-
kunii to the Moengawahine River,
and goes along in it to its junction
with the Hikurangi River, and along
in that river to Wakawaka, Tauraroa,
and Tiwakawaka; turns there, and
goes along on the Government bound-
ary to Whitingarua, and returns along
that boundary to the commencement.
It has been surveyed |
Te Tirarau Kukupa Hokawaiti, near Te Wai-
roa		 Commences at Okawanui, and goes along
on the bank of the Wairoa River to
Hokawaiti, where it turns inland.
