13. It is not intended to apply for powers to
    remove the works for the manufacture of gas from
    the land aforesaid.

14. That the Company may provide a sinking fund,
    not exceeding two pounds per centum per annum on
    the cost price of the gasworks and fixed plant and
    materials, and the money set aside for such fund may
    be applied for extension of works, but shall not be
    deemed to be profits within the meaning of the Act.

15. Copies of the proposed Bill will be deposited in
    the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on or
    before the commencement of the next Session of the
    General Assembly of New Zealand.
