SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, May 12th, 1877.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Whanganui, in the District of
Wellington, the 18th day of July next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose
names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants
of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named
in the third column.

DISTRICT OF HAWKE'S BAY. NATIVE LAND ACTS, 1873-74.

AT a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Gisborne, Poverty Bay, on
the 5th day of April, 1877, and concluded on the 9th day of April, 1877, before John Jermyn
Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and Hori Kukutai, Assessor.

In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claim to be
interested in the block of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered
that a memorial of ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said
Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the
9th day of April, 1877.
