LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of pub-
lication of this notice in the Gazette.
JOHN SHARP, of the City of Nelson, Esquire,
and CHARLES BAKER GABB, of Wanganui,
Farmer, Applicants.-6979 acres, being parts of Sec-
tions "11, 12, 13, 14," on the plan of the district of
Upper Motueka. Bounded-North by Section 10
on the said plan; East and South by waste lands;
West by the Motueka River. Also, Sections "45 to
53," inclusive, on the said plan. Also, Sections "1,
2, 3, 4," on the said plan. Also, Sections "1, 13, 54,"
on Square "5," of the plan of the Provincial District
of Nelson. Also, Sections "24, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34,
35, 38, 43," on Square "4," of the said plan. Also,
Sections "1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10," on Square "45," of the
