LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration
of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice, unless caveat in the meantime
be lodged forbidding the same, a provisional Cer-
tificate of Title, in lieu of Certificate, Vol. I., folio 209,
alleged to be destroyed by fire, will be issued by me
to WILLIAM PARKES, of Blenheim, Carter, the
registered proprietor for that piece of land in the
District of Opawa containing one rood or there-
abouts, and being portion of Rural Section 46, on the
public map of the said district.
