day of April, 1877, the following Resolutions were
passed :-
- That the statement of accounts of the Tairua
Gold Mining Company (Limited), as inspected and
audited by Mr. J. Waymouth, be received and
adopted. - That this Meeting is of opinion that the affairs
of the Tairua Gold Mining Company (Limited), have
been fairly wound up.

Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the New Morning
Star Gold Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field, in the
Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the corner of Brown and Albert Streets, Thames, in the Pro-
vince of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is seven thousand
eight hundred pounds sterling, in seven thousand eight hundred
shares of one pound sterling each. - The number of shares subscribed for is seven thousand
eight hundred, being the entire number of shares in the Com-
pany. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
