A T a General Meeting of Shareholders of the
above-named Company, held at Bank Buildings,
Wyndham Street, Auckland, on Monday the 30th
day of April, 1877, the following Resolutions were
passed :-

  1. That the statement of accounts of the Tairua
    Gold Mining Company (Limited), as inspected and
    audited by Mr. J. Waymouth, be received and
    adopted.
  2. That this Meeting is of opinion that the affairs
    of the Tairua Gold Mining Company (Limited), have
    been fairly wound up.

the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the New Morning Star Gold Mining
Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the New Morning
    Star Gold Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field, in the
    Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    the corner of Brown and Albert Streets, Thames, in the Pro-
    vince of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is seven thousand
    eight hundred pounds sterling, in seven thousand eight hundred
    shares of one pound sterling each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is seven thousand
    eight hundred, being the entire number of shares in the Com-
    pany.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
