NOTICE.—WILLIAM HENRY MULLEN, of West
Maitland, in the Colony of New South Wales,
an Attorney of the Supreme Court of the said
colony, has been appointed by His Honor the Chief
Justice a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, under the second section of "The
Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,"
for the purpose of administering and taking all such
oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section
mentioned.

the Colony of Victoria, an Attorney of the
Supreme Court of the said colony, has been appointed
by His Honor the Chief Justice a Commissioner of
the Supreme Court of New Zealand, under the fourth
section of "The Commissioners of the Supreme
Court Act, 1875," for the purpose of taking acknow-
ledgments of married women under any Act or Law
in force in the Colony of New Zealand requiring
such acknowledgments to be made or taken.

lowing sections of Crown lands, situated in the
Awhea Block, East Coast, to be pastoral, Notice is
hereby given that the same will be open for purchase
at 7s. 6d. (seven shillings and sixpence) per acre on
and after the 5th day of June next.

COUNTY COUNCIL OF BRUCE.

BY order of the Council, I hereby declare the
following roads to be County Roads:—

The Main South Road from the boundary of the
Taieri County, at the Taieri Ferry, to the boundary
of the Municipality of Balclutha, excepting that
portion of said road lying within the Municipality
of Milton.

The Tuapeka Road from Main South Road to the
boundary with Tuapeka County, near the Round
Hill.
