KAIPARA DISTRICT. NATIVE LAND ACTS, 1873-74.
A sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 28th
day of February, and concluded on the 3rd day of March, 1877, before John Jermyn Symonds,
Esquire, Judge, and Rihia, Assessor.
In the matter of the application of a person for the investigation of his claim to be interested in the
block of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered that a memorial of the
ownership of the person named in the third column of the said Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium
of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court,
the 15th day of March, 1876.

the 8th day of March, and concluded on the 13th day of March, 1877, before John Jermyn Symonds,
Esquire, Judge, and Rihia, Assessor.
In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claims to be
interested in the several blocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered
that a memorial of ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said
Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
