NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873-74.

A sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Uawa (Tolaga Bay), on the
5th day of July, 1876, before J. Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and Hone Peeti, Assessor.

In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claims to be
interested in the several plocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered
that a memorial of the ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said
Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of J. Rogan, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 31st day of
August, 1876.
